Amazing Views with Pros and Cons

Beautiful property, great views of downtown Gatlinburg. Host was communicative, we weren’t sure what was going on with the hurricane relief in the area, but Sabrina assured us that we wouldn’t be interfering and tourism was still going strong. We loved it but for awareness… Property is up in the hillside and away from downtown – which we loved! Area is extremely hilly and driving could be a challenge especially in weather (rain/snow). Recommend entering and exiting driveway on the higher side so you do not bottom out your vehicle.” ~ Sara

Fall Family Time

“Stunning property and so close to all the fun stuff to do in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains. Communications with Sabrina were professional, kind and efficient! The property is spacious, very clean, completely stocked and a wonderful retreat. Thank you, we’ll be back!” ~ Teresa

Grandview Stay

“Such a beautiful home and incredible view of the mountains. Our host, Sabrina, is super responsive and has provided all the amenities you would need. My wife and I have vacationed here twice now and absolutely love it! The moment you walk in and see the open floor plan and the numerous windows providing awesome Mountain View’s, you’ll understand why it’s called Grandview.” ~ Jerry

Photos Don’t Give the View Justice

“This home was perfect location for hosting my cousin’s bachelorette party. The drive up the mountain and the driveway itself was decently steep, but being within 10 minutes of downtown with practically no neighbors was just what we needed. The home had everything we needed to eat in and all bedrooms were spacious. If you have over 7 people, someone will have to sleep on the pull out couch. Sabrina was amazing in answering all of our questions and was very quick to respond. Recommend this property for a stay in Gatlinburg!” ~ Kaylee

Our 2nd Visit!

“We love this property. 4 people in our group this time, 6 on the last visit. All but one in our group are 80 yrs old. The walk in shower in the main floor bath is large and has grab bars. The other bedrooms/baths are downstairs and have tub/showers. Family in that room said they were slightly difficult to access due to their age. The mattresses are very comfortable. Downstairs door access is very helpful for loading/unloading cars for downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is large and is fully stocked. The couple of times I had questions, Sabrina responded quickly with answers. Oh, and by the way, this house and the views are beautiful!!! We highly recommend this property.” ~ Bridgette

Beautiful Views

“Property was beautiful and short drive into downtown. We had a wonderful stay here. Lots of bear activity in the yard so just something to be mindful of.” ~ Ashley

Educational Getaway

“A group of us have been coming to Gatlinburg to attend weeklong workshops at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts for the past few years. We have stayed in several vacation homes and by far this was the best. The views from the screened-in porch overlooking downtown and the mountains was amazing. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We loved that the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked which was really appreciated since we cooked every night. Check in was easy and Sabrina was very quick to respond to questions. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are back in Gatlinburg.” ~ Hannah

Gatlinburg Birthday

“It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying amazing views. Easy to get into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, but who wants to leave that view?” ~ Brooke

Excellent Stay

“We loved the house! Great view of the city but far enough away that we were able to completely relax. One of our favorite vacations in years. I would definitely stay here again.” ~ Jeffrey

Best [VRBO] I’ve Stayed In!

“5 great days in a home loaded with all the amenities that you need. Tons of space with multiple bedrooms, baths, gathering areas and a HUGE kitchen. There is an area for everyone to do anything: read, watch TV, play cards or send the kids downstairs. Main floor is handicap accessible with a ramp from the driveway (great for carrying groceries), large doorways to the bedroom & bathroom area with grab bars in the shower area (there may have been a slight step into the shower). The other bedrooms, baths and common area are on the lower level & has a large stairway which makes it easy to navigate. Note: use the lower floor outside door to unload your suitcases & other necessities to that area. While the view from the living room & porch during the day is wonderful, the view of Gatlinburg at night is SPECTACULAR. We were disappointed that we didn’t have snow while we were there, but enjoyed using the fireplace each morning & night. Another plus was the covered parking area and easy driveway around the outside of the house. There are curving roads (use the Gatlinburg Bypass for the easiest drive in) & a bit steep driveway common to a true mountain place. Nothing to deter you from selecting this home though. Important to note that the GPS doesn’t always work in the mts which we were reminded of on our trip to Cherokee. We call it adding to our adventure. Our host was kind & quick to respond to questions. Pictures on site are exact. I definitely recommend to everyone!” ~ Jan

Beautiful Memories

“This is the nicest, most comfortable home we have stayed in. The view is definitely grand and everything we needed and more was provided.” ~ Kirstin

Beyond Expectations

“This house was perfect….we stayed 5 nights this month with two other couples. I personally booked the house and we were all thrilled that the place was exactly like the photos. The view was spectacular — I loved the night view with all the lights below in Gatlinburg. The kitchen was well stocked with “anything” we needed and more! Actually, the house had everything we might need (extra blankets, pillows, washer and dryer, etc.) The furniture and beds were very comfortable as was the seating on the screened-in deck. The location was just as described and worked well for us. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area. I must mention that Sabrina was a pleasure to work with when making the reservation and with subsequent communications! Thank you, Sabrina!.” ~ Julie

1st Class Vacation

“This property offered something for everyone. The screened-in super large deck was wonderful for taking in the Mountain Views. So relaxing and inviting. The kids played games at the table on the deck. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The TVs were big and the reception was perfect. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals. So many amenities that really came in handy. We look forward to our next mountain vacation.” ~ Vicki

Family Reunion Side Trip!

“Wow, this stay was outstanding! Beautiful house and view. Nice firm beds, clean very comfortable and quiet. The house had all the amenities necessary for our stay. The scenery from the large back porch made us feel as if we were in a Hallmark movie ! ” ~ Reggie

Perfect View

“The property was even better than the pictures. It was spacious, comfortable, and the Mountain View absolutely spectacular. I could sit on that porch forever. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to be back as soon as I can. Loved being so close to town, too. Perfect fireworks view on the 4th.” ~ Jodi
